Ginger, a subsidiary of Dutch engineering en management consultancy firm Grontmij, takes over the business and the employees of Fugro in the south of France. This transaction involves taking over staff (70 employees), equipment and the entire order book of the branches in Aix, Montpellier, Toulouse and Bordeaux.

This strategic move will enable Grontmij to strengthen its Monitoring & Testing business line and Ginger to reinforce its expertise in the sector by developing its geographical position and client portfolio.
